How does it work?

My training community is designed to help you make lifestyle changes with a focus on exercise, life balance and nutrition. I will be your lead coach and a trusted expert in your corner.

Each week I will supply a minimum of 5 activities including strength training, cardio fitness, dietary guidance, plus various challenges along the way.

As a mom of 5 kids, a grandma of 8, and a certified sports nutritionist, I understand the challenges women face. You will have access to my group coaching guidance, group chats and on-demand content.

Track your progress day by day, optionally share your progress with the community, and measure progress over time.

As a member of my community you will be a part of a supportive group of women just like you. We encourage you to share your own experiences and support each other to stay healthy and strong.

You will have access to regularly updated training libraries including:

For women, especially those entering peri menopause or menopause.

The programme is on-going, it’s a group coaching approach accessible to all fitness levels. Weekly I provide a new programme for the community.

On average I will prescribe 5 x workouts a week, roughly 30 mins duration per workout. All training is optional, not mandatory. You are responsible for how much or how little you complete.

A new enrolment starts every month. Typically only one time per month do I accept new members.

It is not a requirement but it can be helpful if you have a yoga mat, basic hand weights, and an exercise band.

Yes, a 3-month minimum binding commitment, with a 1-month termination notice after the first 3-months.
